Just two weeks after the last races at Motorland Aragon, in which Davide Giugliano and the Althea Racing team made their mark as protagonists of the 2013 World Superbike championship, Genesio Bevilacqua’s team now moves on to Holland, and the historic Assen TT track, where they will try to score another pair of positive results in order for Giugliano to improve his current position in the general standings.

Davide Giugliano: ‘I really like the Assen track because it was here, last year, that I took my first ever Superbike podium, when I finished second behind Guintoli and in front of Checa, in a difficult race that we ran in the wet. The weather in Assen is often uncertain and conditions the racing, but come rain or shine on Sunday we’re ready and determined to take good results. I am feeling more and more at ease on the Aprilia RSV4 and will do my best to make the team, sponsors and all of our fans happy.’
