Pinlock releases the 100% Max Vision anti-fog visor for Arai helmets.

Max Vision is an official replacement clear visor, featuring a large recess in the shield designed to fit any of four different anti-fog lenses; clear, light smoke, dark smoke and yellow.

Aside from the annoyance, visor fogging can have serious safety implications for riders from obscuring vision to distracting attention from the road. Max Vision works in two ways to provide an unrivalled level of clear vision.

The main cause of visor fogging is from the heat differences between the inside and outside of the helmet. Fitting the Max Vision lens into its visor creates an air tight, double paned chamber which levels temperature. The lenses are also created by a special moisture absorbing material, which Max Vision utilises the deep visor recess to employ the thickest useable amount.

One of the best Max Vision features is the maximum field of vision it offers. As the insert lens is extended over the edge trim rubber of the visor opening there are no visible edges obstructing the vision, making it invisible in use.

Max Vision offers 100% UV protection an is maintenance free, needing only water and a soft cloth for cleaning.

Available in both SAL (Astro J & Race, Chaser, Condor, Quantum E & F, RX-7 Corsair, Viper) and SAI (RX-7 GP, New Quantum)visor types, each shield (£79.99) is supplied with a clear insert lens.

Other inserts available are light smoke and, for track use only, dark smoke and yellow, each costing £22.99.

Fitting a lens takes only a moment, simply requiring the visor to be flattended enough for the insert to drop into place and a small turn of two screws to lock it in place. The flexible lenses make it easy to carry the alternative colour options available in order to perfectly suit the conditions.
